Terms of Service
Last updated October 14, 2026 · Terms of Service · Privacy Policy · Contact
These terms cover Gazlowe: the Discord bot, the website at this address and the Gazlowe World of Warcraft addon. Gazlowe is run by the operator of this site ("we"). By adding Gazlowe to a Discord server, using it in one, using this website or using the addon, you agree to these terms.
1. What Gazlowe does
Gazlowe helps World of Warcraft guilds run a guild bank, a guild calendar with sign-ups, soft reserves, attendance and loot records. It is free. It keeps records and sends messages; it never moves items or gold in the game.
2. Discord's rules come first
You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and be old enough to use Discord where you live. Server admins who add Gazlowe are responsible for how their server uses it, including who they make an officer.
3. Using it fairly
Don't use Gazlowe to harass or spam anyone, to break the law, or to reach another server's data. Don't try to break, overload, scrape or get around its access checks, and don't upload pictures or files you don't have the right to use or that are hateful, sexual or illegal.
4. Your content
Requests, notes, sign-ups, pictures and other things you add stay yours. You let us store them and show them to the members of your Discord server, because that is how Gazlowe works. Officers and server admins can see and change their server's records.
5. In-game items and loot
Gazlowe records what your guild decides; it doesn't make the decisions. Officers hand out items and gold in the game. We aren't part of, or responsible for, disagreements about loot, the guild bank or attendance.
6. The addon
The Gazlowe addon uses only the addon features World of Warcraft gives every addon. It acts when you open the guild bank, loot, or click its buttons, and it can't reach the internet: its data leaves your PC only when you upload it. Using addons is subject to Blizzard's terms.
7. No guarantees
Gazlowe is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may change, be down, lose data or stop altogether, with or without notice. Keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose (officers can export bank requests and soft reserves).
8. Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for lost data, items, gold or in-game standing, arising from your use of Gazlowe.
9. Ending
You can stop at any time: remove Gazlowe from your server or stop using the website and addon. We may remove access for anyone, or leave any server, that breaks these terms or puts the service at risk.
10. Not affiliated
Gazlowe is a fan project. It isn't made, endorsed or supported by Blizzard Entertainment or Discord. World of Warcraft and Warcraft are trademarks of Blizzard Entertainment, Inc.; Discord is a trademark of Discord Inc.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using Gazlowe after a change means you accept it.
12. Copyright
If something posted through Gazlowe, such as an uploaded picture, infringes your copyright, tell us by email at support@gazlowe.com: say what it is, where it appears and why it's yours. We will remove infringing content and stop repeat infringers from uploading.
13. Contact
